If everyone brings 6 dozen of cookies, then do you just put them all out on the table and each person goes in a circle and picks one cookie at a time until they are all gone? I'm a little confused how they are divided.  |

I wrote a description of how I do it, where everyone brings open platters of cookies. www.cookie-exchange.com/index.html A different way to do it is: .....some people swap pre-packaged cookies but to me that takes all the fun out of it! We like to look at the cookies! |

Hello...I am a newbie to the cookie exchange party. Wondering if 4 Dozen cookies is enough for each person to bring? And does this mean that each person will take home 4 dozen cookies? I am thinking we wont eat them but will have other foods instead, leaving the cookies as one of your take home gifts.
