If any of the members of the league I just joined are reading this, (Parkville Lanes/ The Venus Flytraps) I would like to first say thank you for having me on the team. Second of all, i apologize greatly for the most horrendous display of skill, or lack there-of to be more accurate. I assure you guys and ladies, I am not typically that bad...Good Lord was I bad yesterday. I just need to shake the dust and cobwebs off and find my game.
Anyhow, I am excited to be a part of a league. I used to bowl on a Tenpin league and slightly underestimated how difficult the game of duckpins is. Don't get me wrong, I am now a duckpinner for life. Practice will hopefully help out my game.
Next week HAS to be better, there is not much room for it to be any worse.
I am certainly happy to be a part of a supoprtive team like the Venus Flytraps, and I am happy to be a new member of this message board.
