Hi, I am going to be 30 on Halloween and I have decided I wanted a 70's Disco themed party, but I want to look the part. Please let me know what exactly was worn to disco's, my husband and I are disagreeing.

An early Happy Birthday wish to you Disco. I was there. Was I ever. Rent SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER or the sequel. Google for photos of the "scene" at Studio 54 in NYC. Or, try your local library. Search under PERIOD COSTUMES. Good luck.

We had an awesome adult 70s party a few years back...I pretty much came up with everything myself with some help from the internet..it was great..Now...my son who is turning 17, who was in attendance of our adult party, wants to have a 70's birthday party! We plan to do pretty much the same as we did...only problem is..we're talking about teenagers that were born in 1992!! So how do I create Trivia games and Charrades games when they dont have a clue about Charlies ANgels, JAWS, Mrs Beaseley, etc!!! My son loves the sitcom 70's show though so if anyone can help with suggestions I'd appreciate it !! Thanks! Feeling Groovy in South West Florida, North Port, FL ...email me kari0808@verizon.net and title the subject 70s party and I wont delete it!
