This is my first time to ever host or participate in a cookie exchange party. I am so excited for it. It will be a small gathering of my closest lady friends from our Bible study group and of all days to host it...it will be on my birthday! Woo Hoo! Nothing like throwing myself a birthday party huh!?! 
Anyway, I have always wanted to be apart of a CE but never had any others that were into it. So this is so exciting to me. I have a few door prizes and give-a-way goodies that I would like to award during the event.
I have been thinking of ideas to serve for finger foods during the event as well as setting up a winter drink station with the fixings for hot cocoa (marshmallows, chocolate curls, cinnamon, peppermint, etc.) As well as having tea and/or cranberry lemonade.
I am just so excited about this!!
